I arrived the city of Oslo about two weeks ago, just in time for the most freezing week of the winter with lovely 15 degrees below zero (celsius) at daytime. Oh joy. (the picture is from nrk.no)ps: it could be I am wrong about the degrees but I am 70 per cent sure... anyway it felt like -20..
